High school juniors and seniors were asked to create a unique piece of work based on the theme "Speak Out with Art" for this year’s contest.  GRFA awarded $45,000 in college scholarships and art supplies to these 16 finalists, who  were chosen from 424 entries and 114 cities from across Louisiana!
